In the year 2003 WELTAUSSTELLUNG was formed as an association of experimental sound- and visual-artists, film-makers, turntableists, anti-composers exploring the possibilities of sound-objects/soundroom and studio-technics in duesseldorf
By trial and error they test electroacoustic real-time composition / improvisation, ever changing concepts of sound explorationand non-logical compositional ideas.
Finally weltausstellung creates video-films, sound-room installations and so called music (sound for films, sound happenings, studio-sessions, concerts and several cdr-productions).
Considering early experimental electronic music, happening/fluxus and musique concrete as background,the music that's made by WELTAUSSTELLUNG can be described as electroacoustic anti-style rebellion. The group has presented their unsettled ideas in galleries, museums, theatres and art-or media-festivals.

DIRECT TRANSFORMATION for live-electronics(by watching short films for the first time 5 player try to transform the movie-structure into sound-structures under variable aspects like colour, rhythmn, atmosphere, dramaturgy, dynamics, expression...), 2006.

TUBES: room-filling soundsculpture for 2 seperate 2 channel tapes, 2008 HAZARD live-action was performed 4 times : at ping!-mediafestival in andratx (mallorca),2007, at blaue fabrik in dresden, 2008,at pong! art festival in cologne, 2008 and at schiphorst-avantgarde-festival near hamburg, 2009.
HAZARD in 6 manifestations(acoustic instruments and sound objects/ selfmades/ microphony: mainly larynx-mic from the army/ electronic mudulation):
STRANG a baroque-folky mutation reminiscent to the 60s acid-psychedelia. We tried to play without bass-frequencies to produce crystalline head-music.
PIANO-BANG!BANG!SHOCK CULTURE is a cycle for 4 players. permanent change of their position (in front of, behind, under the piano) and their method of playing (key-play, body-play, string-play, distorted/modulated play).
STRINGS is a noisy drone played with thick strings of the piano, thin strings of the spinet and a long string stretched from floor to ceiling. the music develops from sustained to selective.
RHYTHMN features the difference/contrast between beat and vibration.
STOERUNG ist generated out of defective ampnoise, ultrahigh frequence-filtering of flute and the sound of destructed styrofoam.
ACHTUNG! and ZUG are short sound- and text-manipulations of recordings from the german propaganda broadcasting during second world-war.
FORBIDDEN ZONE ( inspired by classical japanese music) is a collage of wetness and dryness.
